Humari team ke log duniya ke har kone se hai. Hum survivors ke anubhavon ki parvaah karte hai aur unn sab tareekon ka jisse humari pehchan humare anubhavo ko asar karti hai, kyunki hum mein se kai log bhi khud survivors hai.

Core team

Hera Hussain Chayn ki founder aur CEO hain. Unke paas survivors ko sahayata dena ka saalon ka tajurba hai. Vo hamari Safeguarding Lead hain. Hera Pakistan mein pali badi thi aur fir UK mein aake unhon Psychology aur Economics pada. Hera Forbes 30 Under 30 aur MIT Technology Review’s Innovators Under 35 ki list par sthan hasil kar chuki hain aur unhe British Empire Medal se Queen se sammanit bhi kiya hai.

Carolina is from São Paulo in Brazil. She worked for Latin American Women’s Rights organisations in community engagement before joining Chayn and has extensive experience in facilitating wellbeing activities and engaging migrant women in conversations surrounding notions of migration, identity, gendered violence & intersectionality. Carolina has a MA in Applied Theatre from Central School of Speech & Drama and is passionate about using the arts to co-create social change with women from the Global Majority.

Nooreen Khan Bangladeshi hai aur Abu Dhab, UAE mein badi hui hai. Vo ab Edmond, Canada mein rehti hain. Nooreen ling-adharit hinsa (gender-based violence) expert hain aur unka background public health mein hai. Nooreen Chayn ki sabse purani sadasyons mein se hain jab unhone Chayn 2006 mein join kiya aur ab vo Chayn ki Community aur Culture Lead jahan unki zimmedari hain team ka acha swasthya, operations mein kaam karna aur Bloom ke courses ko facilitate karna.

Francesca grew up in the UK and lives in London. Before joining Chayn as the Survivor Services Lead for our Bloom project, Francesca worked in frontline support services for survivors of sexual violence and youth work. She has a lot of experience supporting survivors around and through the criminal legal system, managing teams of frontline workers, and developing ways of working.

Abbie is from London, UK. Having recently graduated from the London School of Economics with an MSc Political Sociology degree, Abbie has considerable experience researching higher education through a decolonial and black feminist lens and has advocated for policies that improves the experience of marginalised students. Abbie also enjoys exploring UX Design and is currently building a portfolio which centres black feminist values in digital spaces.

Hamare Volunteers

Chayn ne ek Volunteer dvaara survivors aur sahayogiyon ke network ke roop mein shuruaat ki, jo soochana, ekjulata aur upachaar ke liye nareevaadi sthan (feminist space) banana chahte the. Humare volunteers humari sevayon ko soochit karne mein, jaanchne mein aur designing mein ek mahatvpoorn hissa nibhaate hain.

Humare Therapists

Hum certified therapists ke network ke saath apne courses ko milkar banate hai jo trauma informed aur naareevaadee drishtikon (feminist approach) ka abhyas karte hain. Ve vishv bhar se hai aur kayi bhaashaen bolte hain.

Supporting team

Humari badhi si team ne humare course videos ko edit karne, likhane aur record karne mein madad ki hai aur inn mein se kuch log 1:1 chat par bhi sahaayata pradaan karte hai. Ve apne saath gyaan aur jeevan ke anubhav ka khazana laate hai aur unhe Chyan dvaara train bhi kiya gaya hai. Aap yaha kisi aise vyakti se bhi mil sakte hai jo aapke saman sthaan par sthit hai.
