    Hum apni aas-paas ki duniye se alag hokar yaun sadma ka anubhav nahi karte hain. Iss coure mein hum peedit-doshanpoorn kalank aur myths ki pehchaan karenge, dekhenge ki kese yeh purvagrahein (prejudices) hamare apne ghavon ki bharne ke safar mein prabhavit karte hain, aur samhenge ki kese predators aur pitrasattatmak shakti ke structures dono yaun sadma ko badhava dete hain. Hum milkar yeh seekhenge ki  iss stithi mein peedit ki kabhi galti nahi hoti hain.

    Seemayen Banana (Creating Boundaries)

    Seemaein hamari zindagi ka ek bahut he zaroori hissa hai, par unhe banana aur banaye rakhna mushkil ho sakta hai. Iss course mein hum alag alag tareekon ki seemaon ke bare mein janenge, aur fir samjhenge ki hum apni zarooraton ko kese samjhein, doosron ke bure (toxic) aur asurakhit vyavhaaron ko pehchanege, aur apne rishton mein apni bhalai aur swastha ko aage rakhna seekhenge. Humara yeh course abhi keval Angrezi mein uplabdh hai.

    Hinsa kisi ke bhi saath ho sakti hai aur yeh kabhi bhi survivor ki galti nahi hoti. Iss course mein baat karenge hinsa ki takneekon pe, zabardasti control karne ka chakra, sadme ke peeche ka science aur kese hinsa humari seemaon, rishton aur coping mechanisms par prabhav daalti hai. Hum diary likhne (journaling), dehik (somatic) abhyas aur samuday jaise upkarno ke saath positive aatma-samman banane ke liye khud ko sakshat (empower) karte hain.

    Yeh course sadme ke survivors ke liye banaya gaya hai. Yeh course madad karega ghabrahat aur sadme ke beech rishte ko samajhne mein, aur alag alag tareek bataega ki kese hum negative khalaon ke patterns aur ghabrahat ke shareerik lakshanon ko sambhaal sakein. Hum kai tareekon ki grounding takneekon ke bare mein janenge jo short aur long–term mein hamari mansik aur shareerik swasth rakhne mein madad karengi. Humara yeh course abhi keval Angrezi mein uplabdh hai.

    Yaun Sadme ke Ghav se Ubharna (Healing from Sexual Trauma)

    Hum jaante hain ki sadme se ubharne ka safar hamesha ek seedhi line ki tarha nahi hota. Iss course mein hum dekhenge ki kese yaun sadma hamari shareer ki chhavi, yaun ichha, bhavnaon, ghabrahat ke response aur kai anya cheezon ko kese prabhavit karta hai. Hum apne sadme se ubharne ke safar mein alag alag trauma-informed recovering ke upkarno ke bare mein janenge jaise ki dairy mein likhna (journaling exercises) aur dehik khayaal (somatic care).
